Work environment is fast-paced and creatively-focused, but the workers and management have definitely developed a comfortable environment to grow and learn.

You must be a good problem solver. As the tech industry is booming, companies are looking for those that are self-motivated and capable of working through challenges. Senior managers are willing to provide clear direction and training; however, there is no hand-holding through projects.
