The tech stack, though needing updates, had potential that was exciting to work with.

there were some notable drawbacks during my time there. Management and planning left much to be desired. There was often a lack of clear direction, which affected productivity and morale. Additionally, the constant rush to meet deadlines sometimes compromised the quality of our work. The tech stack needed updates that we skipped in order to meet deadlines and continued working with outdated approaches, techs, etc.
