There’s hardly any motivation here for someone who genuinely wants to excel in their field. Upper management politics heavily impacts employees, and promises made in the CTC, like the organizational bonus, are never fulfilled. The usual excuse is that EBITDA targets weren’t met, yet they spend on events like FLO to market themselves. When it comes to salary hikes, they repeat the same excuse of “we can’t afford it,” while at the same time investing in new offices and buildings in cities like Hyderabad—offices that employees hardly even visit for a few days in a month. It’s clear they’re more focused on saving money and filling their own pockets rather than rewarding their people.

Very flexible and good for work/life balance. Insurance is fully paid for by the company and doesn’t come out of your check which is a pro.

For this position, your employment only goes as far as billable hours go. If they are running low on projects, they will give you a 2 weeks notice to look for a project within the company and HR claims they will help you, but in my experience they did not.
