10yI'm really sorry that you did not seem to have a good time with Nagarro. From your post, I guess you have been onsite and had some misgivings with your experience. Expat HR is complicated by the fact that different departments are involved - HR, legal, finance, travel - and this may have created glitches as we grew rapidly and into half a dozen new countries. We are working on streamlining our "UX". We routinely engage the best law and accounts firms in every region to guide us but now we are also hiring more local HR folks to provide the human touch that might have started to be a gap.
