      Politics,blame game is too much. There are people who have been there from the very beginning and tehy have no sense of right and wrong, just mean the business.

      Dear colleague, First up, I agree that respect between all of us at the workplace is extremely important and there is no room for rude or unprofessional behavior (shouting, etc.). However, I would like to say that this kind of behavior is not the norm. Being empathetic is a core value as you must know. If you are experiencing this repeatedly, you should talk to HR or to the person involved directly and explain that it is not acceptable. Or you should feel free to write to me. Best regards, Vaibhav

      Very flexible and good for work/life balance. Insurance is fully paid for by the company and doesn’t come out of your check which is a pro.

      For this position, your employment only goes as far as billable hours go. If they are running low on projects, they will give you a 2 weeks notice to look for a project within the company and HR claims they will help you, but in my experience they did not.
