9yDear colleague - thank you for your input here on Glassdoor. I agree that as we have scaled our ability to match people to projects purely based on skill can use an upgrade. As we have talked about in recent townhalls and yammer posts, this is something that we are working on furiously. A better curation and validation of skillset data is underway (as you may have seen) and the resourcing team is putting together a set of tools that will help them better match all of us to jobs based on skills and aspirations. Over the next year, all of us should see an improvement on this front.
