      We get very few leaves and leaves are credited to your account every month. Rather it would be useful if we get our quota of leaves in a single go and then things can be planned accordingly.

      Dear colleague, thanks for your review here on Glassdoor. Let me respond to your leaves comment. Leaves are accumulated based on the amount of time spent working and is pretty normal as a policy. What we do allow is for you to over extend your leave balance within reason.       Very flexible and good for work/life balance. Insurance is fully paid for by the company and doesn’t come out of your check which is a pro.

      For this position, your employment only goes as far as billable hours go. If they are running low on projects, they will give you a 2 weeks notice to look for a project within the company and HR claims they will help you, but in my experience they did not.
