I am happy that you are happy :) Regarding the cons, I think there are always colleagues that we have who are either not fitting in or not being able to do their best in a given context. At Nagarro, we do encourage people to provide feedback (to the managers as well). One method is through the anonymous 360D surveys that carry out.
