In the last year or two, our focus in terms of HR was on institutionalising the culture and creating the broad principles with which we will go forward. (Incidentally, as part of that, we formally let people work from home a few hours each day - as we always have - where the client and Project CEO doesn't mind.) Some months ago, HR has been re-organised with an increased focus on execution.
Rule-based promotion has been happening only for younger people, you will soon meet an exhaustive vetting process. But this is changing even for youngsters. We are creating a proprietary AI-based system that we expect to roll out in 4-6 months.
