Salary is good but have a lot of variable part. Learning is ok but not so good. Join this company if you have no other option. They will pay you good but inhand in always poor, so don't look at their salary.

Hire and fire company poor management no work life balance no new projects poor quality work no process no documentation and old employees never ready to help you they can put you in any project like they can put java developer to some build or release profile any time company is towards downfall, no future and no good client no onsite or very less Join this company on your risk... better to join some start up instead of nagarro no direct communication with client .. school like culture where your teacher will give you homework. Biggest mistake of my life is when I joined this company. so think thrice before joining this company
