Management trust their employees. 3. On-site opportunity. 4. Good feedback system ..Manager do it every quarter and give useful comments. 5. No politics . Good work is always cheered. 6. Nagarro university organises new courses which updates you with the industry. Gives a chance to grow your technical and career skills. 7. Weekly Town hall videos : great way to give a message to whole organisation. Can speak lot about nagarro

      Very flexible and good for work/life balance. Insurance is fully paid for by the company and doesn’t come out of your check which is a pro.

      For this position, your employment only goes as far as billable hours go. If they are running low on projects, they will give you a 2 weeks notice to look for a project within the company and HR claims they will help you, but in my experience they did not.
