Not good for senior laterals Lot of artificial growth is being shown by increasing number, but quality of resources and services getting down. Too many hierarchy, people get trapped into it. Lot of people left due managment insensitivity Management mostly un aware of ground reality, as there is a layer created by friends and family. Inputs from ground not reaching the top. Grond level Agility is completely missing, too much competition then collaboration. No focus on social capital, but too much rely on making connects for political backing.
