Overall the culture is very good & similar to most of the product companies. 1. Appraisals are also decent & one can expect about 10-12% average based on performance. 2. Company policies are also very good like work from home was there even before covid situation & flexible office hours. 3. Learning opportunities are huge as Nagarro has its internal online portal where one can learn almost every tech skill. 4. Flat & Non-hierarchal company. So office politics is very less. Everything depends upon project performance & individual performance. Very little power in hands of managers.
