(Not a one-time thing) 3. Interviews for getting a project are usually tough, you can get a job in another company rather than getting a project. Even if the client doesn't want an interview, they will conduct an internal interview as if their company is having low-quality engineers. 4. Comp off policy is poor. 5. The department that handles salary/leaves is very poor. Takes months to get a reply. You have to run after them.
