11yLet me thank you for taking the time to leave this feedback. You are absolutely right - there should be no differentiation between whether you are in a project or whether you are in a support group. The good thing is that it is not our intent to be like this at all.
The core values of the company apply to everyone. One of these is to be non-hierarchical and this also applies to all. So any instances of autocracy, disrespect, etc. do not have any place at Nagarro. Since you are facing this, it is something that we will address right away - I have already requested our HR team to investigate this and also start having sessions with everyone in support groups around this topic.
With regards to access to senior management, we have been doing weekly town halls on every Friday - the purpose is to be able to directly connect with everyone. And we also have Yammer. I would like to impress upon you that anyone can reach out to the senior management - drop them an email, meet them in the hallway.
But, point taken. We will re-look at how the support teams are doing. I would be happy to talk to you directly in the office as well - so if you are up to it, then please contact HR.
