While we are still small (when compared to other large IT services companies in India), we try to put the best infrastructure, facilities, and employee policies in place that our size allows - which is usually far better than any company our size. Regarding your point about bench - yes, it is always possible to not have any project for 2-3 weeks - but that doesn't affect anyone on bench negatively. Usually, this happens because people coming off a project are being kept reserved for an upcoming project. But our overall strength of people sitting on bench is very low.
