      Flexible working environment (depends on the project and the manager of course) Balanced work culture. Good environment for learning new technologies. Coolest events organized by the company for the employees

      Project allocation is not based on the technical skills of an employee. Ratings given by the managers are totally dependent on how they personally feel about you but not on technically capabilities and the talent. Interviews for promotions: An employee is given quarterly ratings, these ratings theoretically represents how an employee is performing throughout an year, why are these ratings not considered as the criteria for promotion and how a person due for his/her promotion can be judged in merely half hour interview.

      Dear colleague, Thanks for the constructive and detailed feedback. We have homegrown HR systems but they need an overhaul. We have a new HRMS system coming online in a few months and hopefully occasional issues like the one you mention will be a thing of the past. A lot of thought is going into creating a unique but robust type of HR that works for a unique company like Nagarro.       Very flexible and good for work/life balance. Insurance is fully paid for by the company and doesn’t come out of your check which is a pro.

      For this position, your employment only goes as far as billable hours go. If they are running low on projects, they will give you a 2 weeks notice to look for a project within the company and HR claims they will help you, but in my experience they did not.
