1) Provides good training to freshers. 2) Pay all your expenses when you're travelling to a client location, expenses including hotel stays, transports, food.

1) It all depends on the project you land in. For me its a disaster. 2) There is no transparency between client and managers, Nagarro managers don't even know if its employees are facing any issues with the client. They'll usually connect with you once or twice a week just to take insights of how you're performing. Even if you try talking to them about your problems, either they'll just blame it on you or ask you to make changes. 3) Project change is a myth in Nagarro. There is no scope for project change and no chance for you to follow your aspirations here.

Very flexible and good for work/life balance. Insurance is fully paid for by the company and doesn’t come out of your check which is a pro.

For this position, your employment only goes as far as billable hours go. If they are running low on projects, they will give you a 2 weeks notice to look for a project within the company and HR claims they will help you, but in my experience they did not.
