Fine Company For Freshers But at a low PayScale - Recensione dipendente - Junior Associate presso Nagarro

Hello - thank you for taking the time to leave a review here on Glassdoor. Nagarro is one of the best places to start your career. Regarding the pay scale, we are not the lowest, nor the highest for people starting their careers. We do have one of the highest pay increases though, so after working with us for a year or two, people are either above or at par with most other companies' pay scales. I am surprised by the "too much HR intervention" comment though. I am not sure what you mean by this and I would like to get a chance to understand this from you in more detail.
