- HRs are rude and do not listen to you if you ask for a good increment. They would give increment according to their benefit. Would not even bother taking the latest feedback from managers. - They would give you salary equal to the freshers they hire even if you have 3 years of working experience in the same company. And again, HR would not listen, even if you tell them that. - Assigning projects are not relevant to your skills and years of experience. As a fresher I was put in a project that required 3 years of experienced developer. Stressful.
