      Nagarro is good company. It provide good appraisal and have flexible timing. Hrs are there to help you. You will get so many things to learn. If you get to good project. you can expertise technology so easily.

      Food quality is not good. There are very good employee, who get very less recognition.

With regards to your feedback on areas of improvement. Yes, the food situation is something that we are continually looking to improve - but at the same time, it is one of those topic where it is very hard to get everyone happy. The second piece is more concerning. I request you to reach out to me and discuss such instances - we believe very strongly in recognizing and celebrating hard work and talent.       Very flexible and good for work/life balance. Insurance is fully paid for by the company and doesn’t come out of your check which is a pro.

      For this position, your employment only goes as far as billable hours go. If they are running low on projects, they will give you a 2 weeks notice to look for a project within the company and HR claims they will help you, but in my experience they did not.
