Dear ex-colleague, The last few reviews on the site were very good but yours is a reminder that there is always more work to be done. And that's a good thing. Thanks for being frank about what you experienced while simultaneously recognising how hard we are working to create a great company culture... even if the vibe hasn't yet percolated throughout the organization. I have meetings with all Gurgaon-based DMs, PCEOs and TLs next week and will definitely bring up some of the points you mention. The bigger change will come when the new HR systems will come online in the coming months. These systems will cover hiring, performance management, resourcing etc. and are being configured to match our target company culture. Some critical pieces we are even making ourselves since out of the box solutions aren't visionary enough. I apologise for your experience and meanwhile wish you all the best at your new job.
