I've been with Nano Dimension as a Senior Software Engineer for 5 years now, and it's been an incredible journey, I've had the opportunity to be part of the development of advanced tech, which is truly exciting to be a part of.

Demanding work environment with tight deadlines and frequent changes.

The technology is very cool and I think it has a lot of potential to do good things and help a lot of people/businesses. Many of the colleagues are nice, at least on the lower levels.

This company was crazy, very dynamic to say it nicely. I was there a little over 2 years and experienced 3 mergers and around 7 rounds of layoffs. Morale was very low at the office because people never knew when they would be laid off. Upper management is also very crazy, unpredictable, and unorganized. HR does little to nothing. The turnover rate is crazy but it’s not because people don’t want to stay, it’s because Nano lays everyone off and then rehires new people when they realize they actually needed those people.
