Superficial company. 2 Waves of redundancy, so far. No financial stability. Staff constantly worried about job security. Gas lighting promises that never come true. Promotions given internally without review or assessments. Family run business, promotes family friends above their capability. Promotions denied for personal reasons. Dishonest culture. Awful upper management - Mostly absent, directionless and dishonest. Wrong people in the wrong positions making high level decisions. Unprofessional HR team (Gossip culture & No confidentiality). Incredibly poor support for over worked staff - lack of or no sympathy for individual struggles. No follow up meetings or plans to support anyone, yet they state they want to support people if they are struggling. Little to no direction internally. No career development. Strong blame culture and personal blame culture.
