Most of the employees want to be helpful and supportive when they can. If you have questions theres almost always someone you can ask. As long as that person isn't in upper management.

Upper management. Honestly. It's terrible. There have been a lot of reviews ridiculing middle management here but personally I feel the problem is further up the chain. Everything they say is either a diversion from what employees really want to know or a lie. We can't even get our reviews done around the time they were promised (through company wide bulletins - 3 times). Instead, employees get to look forward to another half a year of below average pay, all the while being told to "RISE" up and face the challenges in front of them.

Under NaviNet, the company was well respected, CEO 95% approval rating, great ad-hoc benefits, constant innovation, sales increasing, high morale.

Svantaggi

Once acquired by NantHealth, CEO and most perks disappeared. New company missed projected sales by 70% (in other lines of business) due to stubbornness/denial of someone in the C-Suite. This led to mass layoffs across all lines.
