You will be overworked and (very) under appreciated/compensated. Expect to work lots of overtime and expected to respond on weekends. Unfortunately a lot of empty promises from the executive level, that knowingly pays staff below market value for their talents. Inappropriate comments made by executive about clients. They do not listen to the concerns of their staff and seem to choose to be completely out of touch with how toxic an environment the workplace has become at the expense of the very staff that work beneath them.
