Management has no value for employees, no one gets appreciated all they want is work for 10 clients and expect to deliver everything on time, the team never backs up the employess no matter what the situation is, no reviews no feedbacks all they want is work your a** off. I would suggest anyone not to join this organization. Learning scope is zero you don't get to learn anything. They say they are into analytics and not even one project is into analytics. They promise you something during the interview process and it is totally different once you join
