There is a very good team of supervisors and floor leaders there. They are througho in training

The probationary period is 90 days

Got to run different materials and work in three different departments. Was very flexible with family emergencies and/or sicknesses.

Old machines always breaking down. Pay was poor. Felt very unappreciated for work done and hours worked including up to 12 hours a day for 4-5 straight days at a time. No raise was ever given no matter amount of time you was there.
