Company is open to innovation and utilising new technology. Has reasonably relaxed environment and a global presence.

Leadership in the company significantly lacks. The org structure is the main reason for this. Imagine you have a company that creates technology products but each team reports to a different SVP that doesn't have much interest in the success of the product as they are managing ALL products at the same time. This leads to lower managers often being completely out of sync with each other and the agenda for the product. There are teams within the company that are horribly managed and there is no way to influence the teams as the SVP for that unit could be playing their political game or their interest lies somewhere else. The company really needs to take a hard look at how they manage their product teams and provide direct and efficient leadership so that teams are empowered to work with each other as a unit and not 5-7 different teams marching with different tunes.
