Great benefits, staff appreciation, and inclusiveness

Can be hard when short staffed and the kids are being behavioral

Management is absolutely horrendous. They do not value their employees at all. The favoritism is extremely obvious and unless you are liked socially by management you will not excel at this establishment. For a school that practices ABA daily, management only delivers harsh consequences to staff instead of reinforcement to promote a more barrable working environment.
