There is no other organization like National Development Council (NDC). They are passionate about their mission, employees, diverse race, religion, and culture. Leadership is open to ideas, respectful and willing to hear employee's thoughts on their career paths. This is the best company I've ever worked for and they have an EXCELLENT comprehensive benefits package that I've never heard of anywhere else.
