Vantaggi

it's a job. I've met some friendly outgoing nice people working here. This type of jobs attract extrovert personalities so it's easy to make friends here

Svantaggi

Any positive reviews are from Mgmt and Supervisors. False advertising that you can make up to 6 figures here. Impossible. pay is $12 an hour, required to make 19 insurance sales PER DAY before bonus compensation begins. So if you close 19 ins. policies but not one more everyday, you end up with just the base pay. This company makes a LOT of $ off of your sweat and hard work. They're always hiring because the turnover is extremely high. 12 hour days are common and mandatory here. Don't bother unless you're extremely desperate for any job. Extremely unprofessional, stressful environment

Thank you for your feedback. We certainly agree that we have a team of friendly, outgoing, nice people who work with us! We take great pride in the accomplishments of our agents and the culture that exists in our sales center - client-focused, team-oriented, competitive, and achievement-based. A robust compensation plan is critical to creating such a culture. The plan must be aligned with the goals of the unit as a whole, encourage great customer care, and create the opportunity for agents to make a good living. The plan you describe does not do that, and as such, it is not the plan that we've had active for 4+ years. Our variable compensation requires that agents produce 19 policies per week to become eligible for bonus compensation in any given week. It is not per day as you articulated above. Additionally, their are several ancillary bonus opportunities for agents based on writing quality business. While our agents benefit from the efficiency of technology, multiple carriers and multiple product lines, 19 policies per day is not attainable, and not something we ask agents to achieve. Given the caliber of salespeople we have, transparency around the data, direct feedback from them, and their history of success, we're confident our team knows how they're compensated and understands our expectations of them.

Vantaggi

Work from home but it’s a con. Long working hours which leads to burnout. Projects are given to us which they know can’t be completed in our 8 hour day.

Svantaggi

Long working hours no overtime. Heavy workload The system is driven by the reps so we do everything! Other departments aren’t held to a high standard so everything falls on frontline PIP reps. Metric driven environment so you are treated like a number. Management does not want to improve the system and processes because it benefits their reports. 2026 and we are creating tasks for required forms to be issued! No billing department! You do it all Every piece of mail received is assigned to the PIP rep. Medical provider line does not for us so we sit and answer calls all day because they refuse to train them to read basic info on a claim “open” “closed” “ime issued” Poor communication all around Poor training New reps are already drained because there is no proper training in place and managers push the trainees on the senior reps who are already dealing with heavy workloads. 3 stars aren’t a true reflection of this company.
