The culture has changed for the better with the new Madison Park location. Customer service has become important again.

NatGen IT 'departments' in disarray and often held hostage by AmTrust IT egotists. Brain drain severe over the past 5 years, with IT constantly too busy putting out fires to shore up systems. Sparse technology training in areas hampering real progress. Lack of project managers.
