Vantaggi

There are a lot of good people in the company. The benefits are good. The company is doing well and laying the ground word for the future.

Svantaggi

Senior management knows their industry but is clueless in how to manage and organize. Launches big change initiates but focuses on the employees instead of themselves. Very top down command and control from a leadership perspective and while they claim to be trying no changes are happening at the top. Leadership isn't all pointed in the same direction.

Vantaggi

Good pay, nice people to work with but as a consultant I feel a bit on the "outside".

Svantaggi

Every single person that is an Executive Vice President is a man with the only woman being the CEO's Executive Assistant. Clearly you can see there is a distinct "known" here at this company.

We recognize that diversity has historically been an issue in our industry. However, if you look at our corporate board, we're actively working to diversify and will continue to make sure we consider all aspects. We will always focus on adding the most qualified talent to all of our roles across the entire organization. If you would like to connect further regarding this, I would welcome the opportunity to talk. - Michael Veilleux, Chief People Officer
