      Company seems to only be driven by what goals are achieved efforts aren't recognized , Not much support from upper management for all stores, As many jobs performed daily and the area we live in the pay is low.

      They used to be closed on Sunday, but now that's changed Store budgets are divided up between stores in the same district by the DM, which lends itself to favoritism when stores are given their monthly goals If you are the only LDO, you may end up working a LOT until you are able to find a second LDO
