No work life balance at all. They kept making changes to GM monthly bonus requirements and eventually capped the amount you could potentially earn. Didn't pay staff enough to keep them. Always short staffed, not just a COVID thing. There is a huge disconnect between Corporate expectations ie training, staffing and daily operations vs reality of the ability of staff to execute those expectations.
