NW does NOT value people! NOT flexible! Horrible life/work balance! Employees are treated as numbers! NO open communication! If you say how you feel it affects your raise. FAKE! Taught to be FAKE! NO integrity! Stripped loyal employees of seniority. Vacation scheduling is AWFUL! Pathetic raises! Supervisors don't do their jobs! Upper management only care about saving money! NO fun! NO laughs! Depressing place to work! Unhappy employees! NW only cares about money! If you want a rewarding job and to be treated like a human do NOT work for Nationwide! It's getting worse every year!
