      I have been working here for more than 2 years . I love the flexibility it provides . the lessons here are very good and try to cover all the aspects of learning english . the incentives are very good .I just love working here . I get to interact with such good students . I have learn't a lot of things about the Japanese culture . I love teaching and this is the best place for me . thank you .

      Job opportunity for people who don't have a degree. They supply videos for you to familiarize yourself with the different lessons. Their communication has a quick turnaround.

      Videos cannot actually prepare you for doing the actual lessons. Some sort of interactive system is needed to prepare teachers better for conducting the actual lessons. Communication method on the interface is a bit confusing - I cannot see which messages are unread-even when I toggle the icon to "unread messages"

      1. Very flexible platform 2. No minimum hours required 3. mostly polite students 4. lesson material provided

      1. The salary is pathetic and it is a shame they are still paying that same rate since they started. 2. They recently introduced a feature where you can adjust your rate but the requirements you should meet first are almost impossible to achieve. 3. very long waiting hours, too many teachers, very few students 4. a biased rating system that punishes teachers
