      Flexible schedule Can do it from anywhere as long as there is internet connection

      Very low pay Teachers' say doesn't actually matter No quality control You get penalized for every little thing even if it is out of your control They still take 10% service fee even though you get paid so little. Students pay for this platform, why isn't that included on their fees, why must the people who sit for hours teaching pay to teach on your platform? Without the teachers, there wouldn't be a site but it is easy to no care when there is so much cheap labor.

      Job opportunity for people who don't have a degree. They supply videos for you to familiarize yourself with the different lessons. Their communication has a quick turnaround.

      Videos cannot actually prepare you for doing the actual lessons. Some sort of interactive system is needed to prepare teachers better for conducting the actual lessons. Communication method on the interface is a bit confusing - I cannot see which messages are unread-even when I toggle the icon to "unread messages"

      1. Very flexible platform 2. No minimum hours required 3. mostly polite students 4. lesson material provided

      1. The salary is pathetic and it is a shame they are still paying that same rate since they started. 2. They recently introduced a feature where you can adjust your rate but the requirements you should meet first are almost impossible to achieve. 3. very long waiting hours, too many teachers, very few students 4. a biased rating system that punishes teachers
