      It's a good opportunity to gain mpre experience and put something on your CV if you didn't have previous employment. Also, you can get a lot of confidence without stress, pressure and deadlines. You work at your own pace and whenever you want.

      So badly paid (£1.20), sometimes I feel like it's not worth the effort but then I keep doing it mostly to get more confidence and experience. Also, students can be innapropriate but you need a good proof if you want to report them which is difficult to get.

      Job opportunity for people who don't have a degree. They supply videos for you to familiarize yourself with the different lessons. Their communication has a quick turnaround.

      Videos cannot actually prepare you for doing the actual lessons. Some sort of interactive system is needed to prepare teachers better for conducting the actual lessons. Communication method on the interface is a bit confusing - I cannot see which messages are unread-even when I toggle the icon to "unread messages"

      1. The salary is pathetic and it is a shame they are still paying that same rate since they started. 2. They recently introduced a feature where you can adjust your rate but the requirements you should meet first are almost impossible to achieve. 3. very long waiting hours, too many teachers, very few students 4. a biased rating system that punishes teachers
