      My favorite thing hands down is the flexible schedule you can work from just a few hours a week to 24 hours a day if that was physically possible. I also love the students I meet. The time flies by as you meet so many interesting students. and it, is a very satisfying and rewarding work.

      Many teachers complain about the wait time, but with a good intro video and in just a short time I always have sudden classes. But it is hard to get booked classes which pay more. So overall the pay is kind of low at Native camp

      Job opportunity for people who don't have a degree. They supply videos for you to familiarize yourself with the different lessons. Their communication has a quick turnaround.

      Videos cannot actually prepare you for doing the actual lessons. Some sort of interactive system is needed to prepare teachers better for conducting the actual lessons. Communication method on the interface is a bit confusing - I cannot see which messages are unread-even when I toggle the icon to "unread messages"

      1. The salary is pathetic and it is a shame they are still paying that same rate since they started. 2. They recently introduced a feature where you can adjust your rate but the requirements you should meet first are almost impossible to achieve. 3. very long waiting hours, too many teachers, very few students 4. a biased rating system that punishes teachers
