      I did my first three lessons. I went on standby and waited a while before my first student appeared. I loved the lesson material and enjoyed the lesson. Stayed on standby and shortly thereafter had two more students. All three of these students were eager to learn and enjoyed the lesson. The lessons were easy to teach and everything was provided. Anyone can teach on this platform. You just need to pass the English proficiency test, go on standby, and do your best!

      The payment is a bit low, but the provision of students makes up for that!

      Job opportunity for people who don't have a degree. They supply videos for you to familiarize yourself with the different lessons. Their communication has a quick turnaround.

      Videos cannot actually prepare you for doing the actual lessons. Some sort of interactive system is needed to prepare teachers better for conducting the actual lessons. Communication method on the interface is a bit confusing - I cannot see which messages are unread-even when I toggle the icon to "unread messages"

      1. The salary is pathetic and it is a shame they are still paying that same rate since they started. 2. They recently introduced a feature where you can adjust your rate but the requirements you should meet first are almost impossible to achieve. 3. very long waiting hours, too many teachers, very few students 4. a biased rating system that punishes teachers
