Some people in sales teams, such as Bala, are rude and unprofessional way to treat the employees, asking the employees to force them to drop down the paper, without any valid reason. 4. No one will recognize the hard work that we put into this company. 5. Every week, we can see so many people are parting ways ( leaving the company). 6. One lady known as Sreelekha, who comes from a non-sales background. She does a lot of internal politics by giving false allegations to the management to remove 90% sales team with her influence.
