Upper management is highly micro-managing, controlling, and highly difficult to please. So stressful! Salaried, yet had to use time clock and work minimum 9 hrs per day plus 1/2 hour lunch. Very difficult to get vacation time, even for one day. No allowance for personal needs like Dr. appts.
