Great culture, fair pay, fair workload, and great team and management!

Not really a con, but there is an extensive product list and you need to take your time and learn about them if you want to be effective

Easy job where you can hang around most of the day, not many customers.

The management is horrendous in this company, the turnover rate between upper management and on-the-floor salespeople is insanely high as the company fails to make money in multiple stores. If you ever intend to work here, pay attention to your paystubs, as when I worked here they shorted me over 2000 dollars over the course of 6 months.
