      * Can be comfortable place to work, if in the right role and team. * At one time the culture was exemplary.

      Svantaggi

      * Executive leadership severely lacks any people management skills, and worse: any self-awareness to recognize this is a problem. * Outdated job growth model. * Uncompetitive compensation packages. * Lack of diversity. * Extremely high(!) turnover due to burnout, and the above.

      This has been an extremely difficult year and we are so grateful for every employee at Team Nautilus. I'm so sorry you did not feel respected or valued. COVID has been tough on our team as much of our culture came through group events. However, we are working hard to build that back up.       Communication! No matter what, whether it is about salary or raises or bonuses or anything desk related, the communication is crystal clear and transparent! There is also an amazing support team from fellow adjusters to supervisors to administrative team members that, no matter what, are there for you. And finally, your voice is heard. I'm asked my opinion. I'm not degraded or belittled, I'm asked what should we do? What's your thought on X? or Y?

      None found yet. I'm sure there are cons. Maybe the system is a bit overwhelming at first but you get used to it and it becomes an amazing tool for claims processing and handling.

      most of the team members sucks,If you are on last hour shift you're require to stay overtime until the que is at 0 before you can sign off
