Dedication and effort do not matter here. All about who you know and relate to. If you are Engineer, go for Non-Nuke (pay the same as Nuke). Everything could be talked behind your back and brought up to manager without your alert. Don't be smarter than others (it's a warning). Not too much engineering. Not too good training program for new employees. Negative work place.
