The engineering culture here is great. The teams all really support innovation and try to stay on the bleeding edge of swe tools and practices as they come out. Lots of engineers here that truly love what they do. For a larger company I was very surprised how fast they like to move on eng side. This was so refreshing for someone coming from other large companies. Worked with a great recruiter who was extremely responsive. They were quick to answer all of my questions and did a great job explaining what to expect as an employee here. Felt a ton more human that my past recruiting experiences.
