Vantaggi

Navan rewards those who work hard. Is it easy to get promoted? No. Is it achievable? Absolutely. The culture is great- I have met some of my closest friends here, and the average age of a sales rep here has to be like 26.5 years old. It's a young, fun, but yet again... a HARDWORKING company. This was my first job out of college (graduated in 24') and I was promoted under a year. If you have time management skills, and strong discipline, they give you the rest to succeed- from enablement, mentorship, etc. INVEST IN SR. STAKEHOLDER RELATIONSHIPS (not because of politics, but because the tenured and seasoned sales leadership can teach you so much here).

Svantaggi

If you don't speak up for yourself, nobody is coming to save you. That's not unique to Navan, but I would say if you feel like you should speak up about something, do it. Because then, people will listen, help, or accommodate whatever you need. I would also say that promo is again difficult to achieve (in under a year that is). If you're comfortable in an SDR role for 1.5 years, this is a good place to be. I will say they reward consistency, meaning hit your number every month (hard and high expectation, but again, possible).

Vantaggi

Competitive compensation and strong benefits package. The coworkers and frontline teams are one of the company’s greatest strengths many are incredibly hardworking, supportive, and committed to helping both customers and teammates succeed.

Svantaggi

Significant operational gaps continue to impact efficiency and employee experience. Reporting systems and workforce planning frequently feel disconnected from the realities of day-to-day operations. Employees and leaders are often expected to be accountable for metrics without reliable reporting or clear guidance on how those metrics are measured. Workload distribution can feel inconsistent, creating an environment where some teams and managers become overextended while others are underutilized. This contributes to burnout, frustration, and a lack of confidence in operational decision-making.
