The leadership team, the management team, and the company as a whole has shown INCREDIBLE humility and empathy for employees. Being a travel company through a pandemic is no easy thing, but I take pride in the way our leaders have handled the tough times and brought us to the place we are today. TripActions is an amazing company full of amazing go-getters that make even the most difficult days rewarding and encouraging. -- Camaraderie, access to the executive team, leadership/management is invested in career development, mentorship, working across departments/segments/etc
